Returns & Refunds

Every flairware piece is made-to-order specifically for you.

Because of the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has begun.

Please review product descriptions, dimensions, colors, and assembly requirements carefully before placing your order.

Exceptions

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. 

What Is Not Eligible for Refund

Refunds or returns will not be provided for:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect color selection
• Failure to read the product description
• Assembly mistakes
• Normal variations in 3D printed surfaces and layer lines
• Damage caused by improper use, storage, or exposure to heat
• Wear and tear from regular use

Digital Downloads

All digital file sales are final. Due to the nature of digital products, we cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once files have been delivered.
